South Water Manor opened in 2020 when we relocated our existing business, Inside Out Markets, from Hendersonville to the historic FitzGerald Manor in the heart of Gallatin. Since opening, we have experienced remarkable growth — both through business expansion and the support of a vibrant, active community. Today, the Manor has become a beloved Gallatin staple, a hub of activity, and a thriving small business incubator.
Situated on just over two acres near downtown Gallatin, the Manor is ideally located just off the 109 corridor — a key route connecting Gallatin to Nashville, Wilson County, Murfreesboro, and southern Kentucky.
