South Water Manor is excited to announce the details for our 2023 Market at the Manor season! Partnering with local artisans and small business owners in Middle Tennessee is at the heart of our business, and we are honored to continue to build relationships and grow together. 

This year's market season will feature an updated schedule, two evening markets, and a variety of tandem activities that will make the market a place for the whole family. Dates for the markets include:

  • Saturday, April 15th, 10-2  

  • Saturday, May 20th, 10-2

  • Friday, June 16th, 4-8

  • Friday, July 21-22 Art Show 5-9 Friday, 10-2 Saturday

  • Saturday, September 9th, 10-2

  • Saturday, October 21st, 10-2

South Water Manor is committed to creating a family friendly, community driven market venue where small businesses thrive and guests are valued. Our markets include a limited number of vendors that are excellent, intentional, quality driven, and strive for excellent customer service. Products that include offensive or inappropriate material or messages will not be allowed. 

Booth spaces are either 10 x 10  for $60/month or 10 x 20 for $100/month. Upon application acceptance, vendors retain the right to attend as many or as few of the markets as they wish. Vendors must notify South Water Manor of their participation status by email no later than the first of each market month. Booth space payment must be paid no later than the first of each market month. Spaces are not reserved until payment is made.
